  • PRIVACY POLICY
    We do not store or maintain credit card details nor do we share customer financial details with any third parties.

  • SIGN UP
    For the basic and advanced coaching packages, the minimum sign up is 6 months.
    For the advanced +1 o 2 sessions and premium packages the minimum it's 3 months.
    Payments will be made automatically monthly GoCardless platform (Direct Debit).
  • SIGN OFF AND RENEWAL
    At the end of the subscription, an automatic renewal notification email will be sent. If you intend to change your coaching package or do not continue with your subscription, reply to the email as indicated.
    If you wish to stop working in the middle of your subscription and therefore before the end of your commitment, a fee that is equal to 1 month coaching will be charged. This fee will cover your Today's Plan Premium account to the end of subscription as well as the coaching plan to the end of the current month.
  • ANTI DOPING POLICY
    Cigala Cycling is against to all forms of doping and its practice. We do not take any responsibility on this subject and it is in the rider's responsibility to respect the following:
    -Be aware of the list of prohibited substances available at the World Anti Doping Agency (WADA) website at this link:

    -Sign a form at the start of the coaching collaboration where the rider takes responsibility of the pharmaceutical and nutritional subject.
  • ACCIDENT POLICY
    For that availing of individual sessions or training camps, In the case of a rider falling during training with the coaches, Cigala Cycling does not accept responsibility of any accident.
    It is in the rider responsibility to have or not a private sports insurance and at the start of the collaboration, a form must be signed.

  • INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS
    Training Sessions are held in Wicklow, Co. Wicklow. With other arrangements, training sessions can be held in another location.
    In the event of cancellation or rescheduling 1 on 1 session or group session 48 hrs of the notice must be given otherwise the session is lost.
    In the event of the lateness of more than 30 minutes the time of the session will be reduced in accordance with time lost.
    In the unlikely event of the lateness of the coach, the time will be still made up.
    In the event of a no-show the session will be lost.
    In the event of no-show from the coach, the session will be rescheduled and an extra free session will be given.

  • DATA SCRAPING & SCREENING
    Across our websites with our domain, it is prohibited to users from recording and     extracting sensitive data and give them to their collaborators without our permission. This includes the screening and recording with automated programs, software, bot, or any other method of screen scraping.

  • COACHING DISCOUNT CODES
    Coaching riders will avail of a discount code on our retail store. This code is only valid (1) when you are currently a coached rider, (2) cannot combined with any other discount code (3) cannot combined with any finance options such as Humm & Klarna (4) cannot be shared with other people.
    If an order will be placed using the discount code with the above reasons, the order will be cancelled.
