What is the Cigala Cycling Talent Programme?
It is coaching relationship with Head Coach Matteo Cigala with the aim of helping young riders (from the age of 15 to 22 years old) achieve their dream of becoming a professional cyclist.
How the programme can help me?
We have limited availability and for young athletes to be followed by Head Coach Matteo Cigala is a privileged position.
Matteo works closely with some of the biggest elite and pro teams in the world as well as A&J all sports.
Matteo will help you to achieve the numbers required to get to the pro level, not only from the training point of view but with all aspect of cycling. Turning pro is not just about numbers, it is also about who you know and who you work with, being in the right place at the right time.
What do I need to do to get started?
Please contact us at info@cigalacycling.com to state your interest in the programme, and, if we have availability we will send you the link to sign up to get started.
Please note that a Skype interview or a face to face interview might be requested before getting started.
What's the cost?
We offer 20% discount from our individual packages to underage, juniors and U23.
For the Cigala Cycling talent programme we only offer the Advanced Package at €104.

We are a Talent Scout
Our aim is to identify the next professional cyclists and help them step up to the next level, thanks to our collaboration with many professional teams as well as A&J AllSports.
TALENT SCOUT
A&J AllSports is a Sport Management Agency, founded by Alex and Johnny Carera, that works with hundreds of top athletes from cycling, tennis, triathlon, swimming etc.
A&J's focus and goals are to taking care of the athlete's career path, negotiate and mange their contracts with the top teams in each disciplines or sport.
Cigala Cycling is proud to work with A&j as talent scout, ensuring that talented riders can move to the best possible set up for their career, reaching the World Tour level.
Our goal is to move talented riders from local level to Conti teams in Europe to then reach the maximum level of sport, the World Tour level.
