What would the most suitable package for me?
It depends on your needs: budget, tools available and how much feedback you want to get. The main difference between packages is the level of feedback and communication with the coach. If you are a person that is able to follow the training without the human aspect of a coach, then the Basic will be enough. However, the Advanced Package is the most popular because not only you have access to Matteo as you coach with feedback, phone calls, training analysis, but because you get Training Peaks account premium included.
Do you only coach people who race?
No. We coach all sorts of people. You may be interested in losing weight, trying to complete a 100 mile ride, being fitter, completing a sportive, taking part in a triathlon, or bike-racing. All that we ask is you ride a bike, and want to improve in some way.
What is Training Peaks?
Training Peaks, is one of the leading online training logs in the market. It allows you to follow your plan in a interactive way with your coach.
It enables planning and analysing your training in the same manner as top professional athletes would do.
Your coach will be able to make your plan and review your session via the platform. You can leave comments for the coach and get access to many graphs and analytics tools.
You can also have your plan/calendar and all of the other features via the mobile app and have all of your training stored in your pocket.
With Training Peaks, you can also sync your upcoming training sessions and completed rides from your Garmin cycle computer, Zwift, Wahoo ELEMNT or Android device.
Where the 1to1 sessions take place?
The 1to1 sssions take place in Wicklow Town, Co.Wicklow.
How many hours do I need to follow the plan?
It depends by your training availability.
We hand-build your plan only for you and to suits your needs. Your life commitments are important and we design the plan around them. If you have 5 hours a week available to train, we will schedule the training for 5 hours. If you have 10 hours, we will schedule 10 hours and so on.
What age do need to be to be coached?
We coach all ages. From 14 years old to....wait there is no limit. One of our past coached riders was 75 years old.
We have a 20% student discount for all people below U23.
My event is not until 16 weeks from now, can I still sign up now to the Basic Package?
Yes, of course. You will receive everything that you need when you sign up. The plan should be followed for the 12 weeks before the event. Therefore, even if you sign up a bit earlier, you can still take advantage of the nutritional guide, core and stretching exercises, training and lifestyle analysis, nutritional and time management assessment.
What age do need to be to be coached?
All that you need is a heart rate monitor and a cadence sensor.
If you have a power meter is obviously a great plus.
