It depends on your needs: budget, tools available and how much feedback you want to get. The main difference between packages is the level of feedback and communication with the coach. If you are a person that is able to follow the training without the human aspect of a coach, then the Basic will be enough. However, the Advanced Package is the most popular because not only you have access to Matteo as you coach with feedback, phone calls, training analysis, but because you get Vekta membership included worth €19.99/month.
No. We coach all sorts of people. You may be interested in losing weight, trying to complete a 100 mile ride, being fitter, completing a sportive, taking part in a triathlon, or bike-racing. All that we ask is you ride a bike, and want to improve in some way.

The 1to1 sssions take place in Wicklow Town, Co.Wicklow.
It depends by your training availability.
We hand-build your plan only for you and to suits your needs. Your life commitments are important and we design the plan around them. If you have 5 hours a week available to train, we will schedule the training for 5 hours. If you have 10 hours, we will schedule 10 hours and so on.
We coach all ages. From 14 years old to….wait there is no limit. One of our past coached riders was 75 years old.
We have a 20% student discount for all people below U23.
Yes, of course. You will receive everything that you need when you sign up. The plan should be followed for the 12 weeks before the event. Therefore, even if you sign up a bit earlier, you can still take advantage of the nutritional guide, core and stretching exercises, training and lifestyle analysis, nutritional and time management assessment.
