CLUB INFORMATION DAYS




At Cigala Cycling we offer club information days, coaching nights with presentations and Q&A, group coaching sessions.
Those events are led by Founder & Head Coach Matteo Cigala for cycling clubs. In the case of triathlon clubs, the events are led by both Matteo Cigala and Michael Black (Triathlon Coach at Cigala Cycling).
During these information days or coaching nights, we provide valuable information for cyclists and triathletes. Information about training, periodisation, nutrition, common mistakes to avoid and much more.
